1. Fulfillment Options
We offer three ways to receive your order:

| Ship-to-Home (Supplier Drop-Shipment) | Available for select products only (clearly marked on the product page). These items are shipped directly from our supplier, Emery Jensen Distribution, to your address. | Delivery times vary, typically 3–7 business days after processing. | Item & shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. |
2. Ship-to-Home Program Details
For products fulfilled via our Ship-to-Home program:
- Product Identification: Products eligible for this option will be clearly marked on their respective product pages. If a product does not show this option, it is only available for Local Delivery or In-Store Pickup.
- Fulfillment: Shipping, tracking, and final delivery are managed entirely by our supplier, Emery Jensen Distribution.
- Customer Service: Centerville Paint & Hardware remains your direct point of contact for all payments, returns, and customer service issues related to your order.
