Return Policy

Returns for in-store products will gladly be accepted within

30 days of purchase (15 days for

electronics) provided the item is in

new, unopened, original packaging and in

resalable condition. Seasonal, Sale,

Clearance, Beach Permit, Storm

Preparedness items, and Custom Tinted

Paints are not returnable. We are not

responsible for labor expenses incurred

as a result of products used, defective

or otherwise. Some additional

Products ordered via our Ship-to-Home program (fulfilled by Emery Jensen Distribution) are considered Final Sale.
Returns are not accepted for these items unless the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
Any claims for damage or defect must be submitted to Centerville Paint & Hardware customer service within 5 business days of delivery.
